words can not express how wonderful my mother is.
she sent me this camera (kodak retina iiic) + bag + flash + dozens of flash bulbs for a belated christmas gift. she was so worried about it and thought i wouldnt like it, what a doofus! it belonged to a man she works with who got it from his late father in germany in the late 1950’s. he told her that it worked fine the last time he used it, but that was a while ago.
once i figure out how the heck to use this thing, i’ll put a roll through it and test it out :)
